MEET THE TEAM
Jason is a passionate and energetic business leader, Interim HR Manager, Employee Program Consultant and specialist in the areas of HR and Total Rewards. He has extensive experience designing and managing international employee programs, providing strategic direction on operational, pricing and compliance matters and leading large teams of skilled professionals.
Over the course of his career, Jason has successfully led many complex, cross-functional HR projects, provided HR program evaluation for acquisitions and divestitures and managed significant HR program and process improvement initiatives.

Miriam is an experienced project manager and process development specialist with a background in business operations and risk management. She has designed and implemented new business functions, developed digitalization solutions and managed a diverse range of projects in multiple industries.
As a business and interim leader, Miriam applies her versatile skillset to a variety of activities, including recruitment, financial forecasting, stakeholder management, process optimization, and training of team members.
